Pop's It Girl Katy Perry recently shot the above cover for the upcoming issue of Rolling Stone.
Her second cover in less than a year, Mrs. Brand Perry does a considerably better job fronting this issue. The glam metallic outfit (with its Hershey's Kisses inspiration), Katy's perfect pout and flawless skin, as well as the flattering colour scheme make this one of her best efforts in a while.
