Rih is looking as gorgeous as ever in the above, with one of the FIERCEST dresses we've ever seen her wear (we also loved it on the Queen B, who sported it to last year's BET awards), the hair is looking FABULOUS too.
Our only complaint? What's up with the airbrushing around the waist area? Talk about unecessary, but we're not blaming Rih for it; the fault lies entirely with the Elle team.
Fail, Elle. Fail.
