The always fabulous Lady Gaga was recently snapped outside Chez Andre in Paris. After having had to cancel her concert in the world famous city due to bad weather, the songstress took to her twitter to apologise to her fans. The date has since been rescheduled for tonight (Tuesday 22nd December).
