Actress Salma Hayek recently shot the above cover for the January issue of V Spain.
While we have nothing but love for Ms Hayek (if only for the reason that she helped bring us the fabulousness that was Ugly Betty), aside from the gorgeous Alexander McQueen top, we do not like this cover. Whatsoever.
From the weird topknot that makes Salma's head look like an oddly shaped lemon, to the extensive OTT (and unnecessary) airbrushing; it just doesn't work.
And we don't hold our girl responsible for this. It is clearly the fault of the hair stylist and those in the editing office. Definitely a 'LIGHTS! SOMEBODY GETTING FIRED' moment if there ever were one.
