We're not quite sure which one is worse; this or C.C's one. Katie looks as haggard as Joan Rivers after only having eight hours of sleep, that unflattering eye makeup doesn't hold up and that hunched pose is just not pulled off. Failery at its worst.
Luckily, the fabulously wavy hair manages to pull some attention away from the rest of the photo, but it can only do so much.
