(First off, SHOUTOUT to the Queen B for another two VMAs to add to her bursting shelves, and to the Gagita for another, incredible, FIVE. The first time we watched tthe epic Bad Romance we knew it would win Video Of The Year, hands down.)
There's no denying that this year's Video Music Awards was one of the most dull in recent memory. Lip syncing galore, Taylor Swift's one woman pity-party, no memorable moments to speak of; it just proves what we've been saying since we first heard about this year's list of performers - that an award show without The Trinity, Mr. Carter and Chris Brown is just as interesting as watching Cassie and Heidi Montag take to the stage.
Still, after the jump, are the night's performances. Take our advice and only watch Eminem, MJB and Kanye's. The rest we could have done without.
