Oh, Alex, you know we love you more than anything. But this is just not going to cut it. While we love the verses, the chorus is more than slightly annoying and as cheesy as fellow X Factor alumni Chico's debut release.
You need to come a lot harder, especially if you want to crack the overcrowded American market. We KNOW you have the talent to do so, so, hopefully this is just a rumoured first single and not the actual one. Especially as you said it featured a male rapper/vocalist you were very excited about - and the one featured on the song below isn't even recognisable, leading us to think that the below isn't the upcoming song you were talking about.
